What are peoples opinions on Shell Helix Ultra

As this is the only oil that has ever been in my car from the Dealers on each service

What do you think of Millers Fully synthetic 10W60 or Shell Helix Semi Synthetic 10W40. Both have been recommended to me by a Subaru Legacy/Impreza Specialist (Pennine Subaru based in Hebdon Bridge near Rochdale which is near Manchester just in case you don't know). I have been also advised that the only oil you should use for Legacy Turbo's is 10W40 semi synthetic. Any advice or comments. I am currently using the Millers 10W60 with Wynns Hydraulic lifter cleaner but the tappets are making pure noise (It wasn't that bad with the Shell Helix). I have a Legacy Turbo Estate. Any comments
