Ive been going to buy an impreza turbo for a while,
but i have been told they a horrendous with fuel,
how many miles do you get for a full tank, how much does it cost to fill it up,
whats the best one to go for the uk spec or the wrx import
i am going to spend about 10k what can i expect for it

from what I know, imports are faster but use superunleaded, which is more expensive. insurance more expensive. Dealers dont like you buying parts you need a uk chassis no. but dont be put off parts are freely available. you will get a nice car for the money. There are so many to choose from.

Depends on type of driving really.
I struggle to get over 200miles to a tank, but my driving is almost 100% fast b roads. If you do motorways a lot I imagine you could get 250-300 per tank. (If cruising at higher motorway speeds though e.g. 85+mph, I find I still get 200miles per tank)
BTW UK cars also prefer SUL / Optimax (few pence more)
