You can thread the sender through a large gromet on the bulk head in front of the driver and then locate it in place of a bung you will find at the back of the engine block below the throttle body and a little to the drivers side on RHD cars. It can be awkward to get in at an odd angle to remove the bung which has a hex to accept an allen key type tool. My sender I think from memory was 1/8th NPT and the threaded hole will be a tapered thread so I used plenty thread tape and although not best practice it has served the purpose well.

Which gauges are you fitting. I'm in the middle of fitting my boost gauge and oil temp gauge but had a few problems with threads being tapered as harvey said. Haven't actually managed to find this bung yet but this weekend has been too busy to have a go so maybe next weekend. Mine is the same model as yours so maybe we can help each other out. I'll take some pics as I go along as a reference for others in the future. Maybe you could do the same
