right car is a my97! ive a full ss decat exhaust, k&n induction
kit and baileys dv! have had the boost solenoid cleaned and restrictors tested all seems to be fine! also had a look for leakin pipes and checked the actuator bar was moving freely! need any advice wot it could be its booked on a rollin road next sunday so want it runnin ok!

AFAIK it's a fairly common problem with a full decatted system.

If you want to keep the same level of held boost you need to get an alternative boost controller - from £400 EBC to £30 Dawes. Dawes would be a good start to see if it fixes the problem. Very simple to install.
