WHAT IS THE SENSOR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOWNPIPE ON A 94 WRX WAGON I THOUGHT IT WAS THE LAMBDA SENSOR BUT I'M NOT SO SURE NOW , IT'S JUST BELOW THE CATALYST ON THE BACK JUST TOWARDS THE DRIVERS SIDE

Its a cat sensor, to check if the cats over heating. (i think)

It is the sensor for the cat over heating , either take it out and leave it dangling in the engine bay or disconect it and remove it .

Oh forgot to say the lambda sensor is in the headers before the turbo

Its definatly the sensor for the cat to let you know if your frying it!!!
