side skirts removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the side skirts and the rear quarter bits pls as i have to remove them for spraying to match the car

Look under the car and you will see the mounting screws for the side skirts. Remove them and the skirts will come off - it's as easy as that. The rear quarters are a similar idea but there is one screw on each that is awkward to get at. If you look underneath you will see a point where the bottom of the rear bumper is fixed to the chassis at the side. Remove that screw and you should be able to carefully pull the bumper back enough to get your hand in with a 10mm socket (I think it is) to remove it and you're away again. Refitting, as they say, is the reversal of removal. I know that it can be done because I've done it myself

MY rear skirts on the bumper were a Bitch to get off, should of been simple but could not get the bolt out nearest tyre. Probably due to corrosion of the bolt. Ended up angle grinding the bolt off because it was pi**ing me off. Will replace with new cap screws.
Once bolts undone at either end they slide of the two middle brackets, may take a bit of a shove. Job done!
