Got a 1999 (T) Turbo & am looking for ways to improve the 0-60 time & general torque, without getting it chipped & spending a fortune. I know very little about engines sadly, so any help appreciated.

 

Dawes device mate. Cheapest mod for the BHp it gives.

 

What is that? Sounds a stupid question, but i haven't a clue.

 

manual boost controller, very cheap and from most on here very effective.

to make the most of it change the downpipe and backbox, then probably tek2. (these 3 would be £1000 plus but very good)

depends what your budget is though!
