when i lock the car the drivers rear door does not lock with the central locking anybody know of anything which might have started this off

 

Could be as simple as a loose conection, or it may be a knackered servo unit.

Its probably worth while swaping it over with one you know works, if it does work then its the servo, if it dont its the wiring.
