You cannot just remove the side that recirculates back to the inlet, as it causes drivability problems.... the scoob needs a dump valve that works with an MAF... which the sccob has... when you remove the pipe that goes back to the inlet you make the DV into a vent to atmophere, but as i said you need one that is specifically made to work with the MAF..

Apparently an STi UK has a recirculating dump valve, is there a simple way to make it go "tsch" like an atmospheric device or would I hae to get a completly new valve? Are there any gains with an atmospheric valve?
