If it's the user manual supplied with the car, then try a different dealer, as you certainly can buy them. My replacement (for a MY96) cost me £9 + p&p.

Hi all
I'm after the above for my car. Anyone have any ideas on where I could come across one? I've tried dealers but was told that you can't buy one.
