Hiya guys,

My my00 has a small problem, when i cruise at about 80mph and accelerate, it seems to accelerate in "waves". It is boosting fine(i'm sure)and seems fine at lower speeds. Has anyone else experianced this or has any idea why it might be causing it?

Yes, mine does it as well, well it used to until I replaced the standard 802 ecu with an 801, it's a little better but you can still feel it there around 80MPH.

I have read it may be down to air turbulence around the MAF sensor, I run an ITG filter and found the OEM paper one does not change it much but, again, it may be slightly better.

Also it could be the Idle Solenoid leaking, apparently it makes one of the cylinders slightly lean, this may also affect it. I have yet to clean mine to see.....
