Hello all

As above. I can hear a relay click when I press the dash button but nothing else happens. I can't hear a pump "pump", although I don't no if you could before. If there any thing immediate to look at before I get out the multimeter? Is there a dedicated fuse? Where is the relay? Where is the pump? The windscreen jets work fine. Car is UK MY00.

Take the washer bottle out. Headlight tube off and see if it will fire water. If it does, ya tube is blocked.

If it's under warranty get the dealer to fix it, or is yours an import?

Could be the pipes come adrift.

Its an import so no warranty. Does the same pump feed both headlamp and windscreen?

mine didn't work when i got my car, found that the motor had seized, took it apart and freed it up and it's worked ever since
