Code 21. Do I reset

Gday.My 94 WRX. ECU test indicates code 21 I think, 2xlong blink followed by another short,then pause, then repeated over and over. If I have read it right this would indicate engine coolant sensor.
Have I anything to gain by resetting the ignition?. Thanks
