Is there any reason why I cannot see the pics put on the site by scoobybuzz?

Is everyone else seeing them? I have no problems in the I-Club site eith the pics there.

I get the same prob at work with some ppls postings. Works fine from home though.

I am not able presently to see any of the pictures uploaded to Turbosport either.
I have tried altering security settings and going to the page manually with no success.
I have had no problems in the past, this is something new. However, i just assumed that the turbosport site was broken as all other images display ok.

I expect it's your Personal Firewall, try disabling it and hitting refresh, if the pictures appears (they will.. ) its that.

 

some pictures/websites are blocked by a firewall. If you have firewall installed or you are running via a LAN connection you may have problems. Obviously a LAN you cnat do much about but if you have a firewall you may be able to tweak it but obviously you will be reducing your security on your machine.

 

I am not running any firewall. (ISDN dial up connection) I have tried disabling Norton anti-virus and my security settings. Only problem is with the Turbosport pics, other pics I can see fine and I normally can see the turbosport pics also.

If I enter the URL manually I still cant see the pic, so whats going wrong?

I am connecting by TCP/IP on a telenor connection in Norway.

Tis all working for me now. I suspect there was a problem with Turbosport site.

Thanks mega_stream and crisp. I do run Zone Alarm as my fire wall. With it disconnected I can now see the pics!

I will have to reset the security settings on it and try again.
