Help please!,

I have just got a Timer from an imported car (removed for SVA) & I am trying to fit it in my STi-3. I have the diagram to tell me what each colour wire is on the timer, but where do I connect the wires on the car??. I could probably work them out except the one that connects to the ecu & the vacuum hose that goes onto the manifold. any help would be GREATLY recieved, cos I still have my dash in blitz! (hehe I mean bits)

 

I think the one that goes to the ECU is called the speed controller? I would really appreciate some help guys & Gals
