I'm Going to see if I'm well enough to wire up my Dawes AFR in the morning.
Just want to check the sensor wire colour that I am supposed to connect to.
Am I right in thinking it's WHITE with silver tracer
It's a 00MY.
Also is it "really" necessary to connect the ground wire direct to the -ve Battery terminal (as described in the instructions on JW racing site).
Sounds like far to much hassle and wire.
As all other wires can be wired up within the cabin.
help!
Andy

did mine yesterday and have to say i think it was at least as easy as doing the wiring inside the cabin just run the power and earth through the air conditioning gromet hole tape to existing wires and then to the battery
apperently you get a far better reading from the gauge and as far as the lambda wire it is the white wire with the silver flecks 3 from the end and 3 from the top on the blue connector

I was trying to make it easy for myself by....
running all wires down to ecu finding switched 12v, ground and sensor wire (the white one) and soldering there.
minimal fiddling from my perspective but is there anything majorly wrong in doing it this way ?
Chest is still killing me so not sure if I can manage it anyway ;(
