Need some advice...

Got my New MY00 from Adams last year, however have had problems with the electric windows, esp the passenger side. At first both windows were smearing (some type of black rubber) at the front of both windows (close to the wing mirrors). Had it looked at by Lavender Hill who cleaned the runners and adjusted them.

I have know discovered that the passenger side window has got two deep scratches going along the window. And the window seams to judder while going down.

What would be my options.

1. Call Adams and request a Warranty claim and have the passenger window replaced.

2. Contact Lavender Hill (a lot closer) and do the same - will they be able to do the work or would i have to go back to Adams?

I have never made a claim against the warranty and don't know if this is covered (my car is over 1 year old). Please advise.

Thanks in advance

Unhappy

Sounds like its jumped out of the rails
Its happened to a few scoobs, seems common on cars without a full frame round the door, you should be able to get any dealer to repair it as its going to be covered by IM's warranty.

yep, covered by subaru warranty, get the window changed,no problem, but make sure they change the guide pads too, otherwise it will happen again within a few weeks.
