You'd have to modify a lot of stuff (brackets, hoses etc) to attempt to get another intercooler to fit. I'm sure they do fit but it does require a bit of piping to be a success.
try getting in touch with "RADTEC" in Walsall, West Midlands.
they can make up from scratch a bigger cooler for you, and still fit std pipework if needed to.

Yep a P1 intercooler would fit, would be beneficial to do this too, as its an STI 5/6 Intercooler, you would need to change the dv and some piping but it can be done.
