Im spit between getting a new shape WRX and an STI RA.I think the RA is faster to 60 but whats the score. Anyone know anything that might help me decide!!!!

If both standard and the STI RA is being run on optimax/sul with octaine booster it will quite convincingly hump the new WRX.

I'm assuming here that 'new wrx' means the new UK turbo and STI RA is the classic shape jap import with 280bhp (on 100RON).

im still not to keen on the new shape i have a sti type r 2dr in light blue gold alloys the new shape don't come close the new one mite be stronger and have other upgrades throm the old shape but just look at the front of it the lights and bumper they are not good!

type ra and r are way quicker than new wrx, add new ppp to new shape then think about it

I was on about the imported new shape WRX. Dont know if theres any difference!! But I fancy the RA anyway.

Are they restricted by the short ratio box to 120mph? and what sort of 0-60 are standard RA and import new WRX!!

I can confirm that the gearbox does in no way limit them to 120mph. However all JDM imports start oput with a 112mph limiter.
