Anyone had an LPG conversion done ?
Whats is the effect to the engine, will it damage it ?
Will you still get the same power ?
How much does it cost and where ?
Cheers

OMG Babber posted a similar post about a year ago and it resulted in a massive arguement and him nearly driving to Birmingham to punch someone's lights out lol

You will probably get alot of negative comments like " Its a performance car who cares about the MPG" and "ha ha why would you want to"
You are probably like Phill and doing lots of miles and want the best of both worlds. Don't blame you

Good luck

I asked a similar question as well, and the consensus was that it could be done on a non turbo Scoob, but not yet done on a turbo. However, plans were afoot to sort this out.

I would suggest using search to try to find the previous posts.

Plans are still afoot, but no progress as yet. My legacy is still happy on it's vaporiser-based LPG system, but the injector-based system isn't ready yet. Am waiting to hear from my installer any day now

I'd ask the question on MRT forums in Oz; www.mrtrally.com.au/forums
