CEL p*ssing me off

small CEL problem-
if i corner hard to the right, the CEL comes on.
It goes out again after about 30 seconds.
any ideas, other than dodgy wiring?
any help would be appreciated!

Join the black connectors to read out the error codes, or get it on a select monitor.
