Haltech ECU and Legacy 2.2L turbo

Anyone on the board using a haltech with this motor?
Can you please tell me what is involved? I know people have done it with the pre new age WRX, but what about the legacy 2.2L turbo?
Standalone or Parallel? Cutting and splicing, or is there a plug and play harness?
