Aircon removal and fitting

Have a chat with a m8 and talking about Aircon....
In short if a Scooby comes fitted with it, how easy is it to remove and refit to a Scooby that didn't have it??????????????

Should be a piece of P--- as long as you can get regassed if it's an old R12 model Your not supposed to have it regassed with R12 you are supposed to R134a But you can find people to do it as it works better than R134a The only thing you should get new is a Reciver dryer.
About 2/3 hours to remove and about 2/3 to refit remembering to swop the alternator bracket over.
If it,s MY97 or newer i have The subaru fitting guide for it or i can tell what you need to know on a pre MY996 as i have don it myself and it's easy.
