Putting a 2.5RS lump in a Sport

I am considering putting a 2.5 RS engine in my MY00 Sport. Is it just a case of swapping the engines out or will it not be as simple as that.
Any comments other than "why bother just buy a turbo" will be cool

I'm pretty sure that you would also need a new ECU, maybe a new front cross member. Well, if you need any parts or have any RS related questions, just shoot me an email, and I will try to help you out. I live in the US, and have an RS.

It's not as great as you might think.
Standard they put out around 165bhp @5600rpm.
Will be an increase compaired to the standard 2.0 in the Sport.
I won't be leaving it as standard sop hopefully I will be able to increase that 165bhp
