Air con
Me too.
With mine teh pump does run if you connect 12v to the wire on teh top of teh pump. If I do that I can see liquid moving about in teh reservoir thing on the bulkhead. At first I thought it was an electrical problem but I've seen somewhere that there's a pressure switch in the system (on the top of teh little reservoir thing ) that's supposed to stop the pump if there's no gas.
Anyone have any ideas I don't have a wiring diagram of teh aircon and I guess there's no way of checking the switch without depressurising teh system. I'm tempted to go to an aircon specialist. I'm very happy to be told that it's a simple (inexpensive) problem

just repaired same thing on mine, the two wires going to the side of compressor are to a thermal fuse.when you connect 12v to other wire you bypass this fuse and compessor runs.replace the fuse simple as that,it just unscrews. in the meantime just connect the two wires together to bypass fuse. try www.japarts.co.uk for parts.
