Wrong forum I know - but there maybe some non scooby owners lurking who'll have the answer.
When I got my STi 3 years ago, the dealer fitted a UK clock which sorted the speed calibration but didn't remove the speed limiter. I've now got the delimiter but for everything to work ok I'll have to put back the km/h clock which has now missed 20,000 miles in the meantime. How do I get the km/h mileometer to catch up - take it to bits, electric drill - anyone done this ?

Kevin.

Cool

You should try asking one of the boys that works up in the city - thought that they had to do this each year to get their business miles up to reduce their company car tax

Duncan

PS Yep, about as much help as normal

Do a web search on "mileage correction" and you will find that some will list Subaru's as "fixable".

Makes you think twice about buying a second hand car.

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?

drill or bits either work... only thing is if going back the numbers sometimes dont quite line up.

David/anyone,

How long would it take the drill @ 3,000 rpm to add 20,000 miles ?
