Anyone had a simiar problem,

i have had a recon rack put in, and within a month it had gone again (boots full of fluid), had it recon again and this time put in a second hand pas pump as it looked like fluid was coming ought over the block

Got the car back sat, all seemed fine, go to clean enginer this morning and pas fluid is everywhere and resevoir nearly empty,

have check pump and seals, no obvious sign of leaks.

Any one got any suggestions as both me and my local garage are stumped!!

Thanks for this, have checked the thread out, both O rings seems alright, so thinking it may be the sensor, fyi sensor is about 51 quid plus vat, seal is 5 plus vat from local dealer.

To see if it's the sensor, get someone to put it on full lock and look at the wire, if it's the wire you'll see it squirting out. Although the 'O' rings look ok, I'd still changes them especially the one on the stem of the res feeding the pump.
Sounds about right for the price of the wire and gasket.
