hmm, i'd have to say from personal experince the Nur Spec is louder. I had an Apexi on the car before which was loud, and the Nur is way louder.
I think, and I might be wrong here, that Plantie had a HKS Hiper before he Went nur spec, not sure though.
Regardless, if too loud, drop in the bung, sorted.
