Question

On the motorway last weekend the rear plastic undertray (behind the 'sump guard')came loose and scrapped along the road. I have tried to refit it but can't see how it clips to the front piece. i wonder if i have lost some bits of plastic that joins them together.

Can anyone please describe the fitting arrangement or got a photo of this arrangement? (MY99 UK).

Many thanks in advance,
Jon

This happened to me during a blast down a B road miles away from home when I had my MY99. I nipped into a garage in a small village in Leicestershire and he popped it up on the ramp. Guy fixed it there and then, suggested that my dealer hadn't tightened the bolts enough after removing it (I had 7500 mile service 1 week prior). Never came adrift again. Obliging bloke at garage wouldn't accept any payment, was thrilled to get so close to a Scooby I think
