Hi all,

Is it normal to have a lower boost level in 2nd and 3rd than 4th and 5th??

As far as I know, you probably wouldnt have a problem producing full boost in 2nd, but with a de-cat you will probably rev out very quickly.
In third fourth and top you will be producing high load and therefore high (full) boost.

The usual 'problem' with 1st and 2nd is a) light load b) revs rise too quickly.

Hope that makes sense.

I would think that is about right, although it should make your 'full boost' by 3rd gear.
