I've just purchased a 1995 WRX type RA and love it to bits. Unfortunately it didn't come with an owners manual or anything like that to say about the car (doubt it would have been any good anyway seeing its an import!). So I have a few questions I would like you helpfull people to answer, I have hunted on the net for answers but to no avail:

1. Does the MY95 RA have ABS because mine doesn't seem to, but I thought all WRX's did.
2. The IC water spray seems to last (i.e make a noise) for about 10 seconds, is this correct? is it made for a quick burst then?
3. Is the best oil to use Mobil 1 15w-50?

All sounds about right, RA,s did not have ABS. The water injection will come on for a preset time ( not sure exactly how long ), and Mobil 1 motorsport 15/50, is very good.

 

Nope, no ABS and its water spray for the IC, not water injection.

One other thing, Haynes don't appear to do a manual for this car. Are there any books people can recommend for learning how this car works?? I have enquired about this at importhandbooks.co.uk but they haven't got back to me and I'm assuming they're in Japanese.
