Can anyone offer advice on either an apexi FC commander ECU and scrapping my pd ecu or getting a AVC-R and S-AFC and keeping current ecu car is MY98

I have just had the Power Fc fitted and you only need the S-AFC so that's the best and cheapest option considering you get a fully mappable ECU that is twice as fast as your exsisting one go for the Apexi Power FC.

I've got a '98. Wot do these things cost, how much are they, and where from? I want to get more power-- I've already got ITG/ full TSL exhaust. Wot could I expect?
