Default Diff/Trans oil & Spark plugs

Hi all,

Planning on doing a diff and tran oil change on my 08 STI JDM hatch. Does anyone know how much fluid the rear diff takes, and the front diff/trans?
I believe the rear diff is just over 1L and the front diff/trans is 5L?

Also, I have purchased the NGK ILFR7H (5245) Laser Iridium Spark Plugs. Does anyone know if the gap needs to be adjusted at all?

Cheers

6spd STi gearbox takes 4ltrs and rear R180 diff is 0.8ltrs......

plug gap should be circa 0.65 / 0.7mm and worth checking as min.....

Thanks stockcar.

Do you know if the spark plugs usually need to be adjusted or are they at the correct gap out of the box?
