I know Lamco did some but did any other companies?

Based on my search results, your best bet might be to look for used HKS items, as they definitely made them in that size at one time.

Ah ok, all I found was Omori gauges as there 45mm and on forum's they said will fit in oem gauge holders with abit of a push. Was hoping to find a company still making some.
