Half-heartedly looking for a set of STI heads, and these have popped up in my search.

The things I'm not sure about are:
- is this level of cracking too much? It looks like the crack has propagated about 5 threads down
- should I be concerned that the cams have surface rust on the lobes?

small radial cracks in general are not an issue but those appear to radiate into the valve seats and suspect they are past saving........

the cam rust may clean up but could just as easily cause issues, personally look for something better

in the last couple of years we have started to scrap many castings as unusable where previously they would have been 95% good - sometimes just as cost effective to buy new castings
