Shouldn't need them if the box is in good nick. Change the fluid and all will be well.

Gearbox additives
Noticed recently that it’s a bit notchy when going into reverse when cold, wondering if an additive would help

A fluid change should sort it out depending on when it was last done. Worth doing anyway for what is a relatively low cost.
