Default Cylinder misfire.

Hi, I hope there is someone out there can help me,
I have a 05 wrx blobeye, it has the prodrive pack on it from when I bought it, it started misfiring on cylinder 3 but only occasionally, it would be fine driving to work no problem, then on my way home it would miss for about 20 seconds then would clear and be ok but put the cel on, it has slowly been getting worse even though I have changed the plugs, coil packs, injectors, and ecu but no joy a couple of times it has thrown cylinder 4 in as well, yesterday on my way home it started missing again, and didnt clear but managed to nurse it home, 20 minutes later went out tried it cleared itself drove ok, and got to work no trouble again this morning, any help would much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Check for air leaks, check connections are clean and check wiring, I had an idle control cel that I couldn't track down for days, turned out to be the wiring harness as when I twisted all the cables and reconnected them it went away, found it after I had swapped out the icv and gasket then a map cel popped up which lead me to wiring as I hadn't touched the map

Try swapping coil packs with another cylinder to see if if miss fire moved cylinder then it could be a failing coil pack

Yeah I've pulled and wiggled all the looms and didnt alter at all, I also put it into a garage thinking that they would have more advanced diagnostic equipment than me, but it came up with the same fault as mine did, they put smoke through it the only leak was from the bov which I have replaced, may have to wait till this lockdown business finishes and put it in to a subaru specialist.
