Default Out of which car is my EJ20T engine? Please Help

Hi Guys,

I have recently bought a Subaru motor but I am not 100% sure out of which car it is. Could someone please help me identify it and tell me which year model it is?

the only info I have:
Invoice: just says 'WRX' motor..nothing else
Sticker on engine: EJ20XDKAJE
Number on block: B926105

Id like to find out exactly what engine this is as I need to get a standalone ECU for it.

Thanks

i believe that code relates to a Legacy Twin Scroll motor with both inlet & exhaust AVCS - all depends what you are planning to sue it for and with which ancillaries..........

Thanks. yes, both inlet and exhaust cams are AVCS. I was thinking of going with a standalone Haltech ECU..but I am considering going with a stock ECU & Harnass as I will not be making any modifications to the motor..any way I could find out which stock ECU the right one is for this motor?

Motor listed for a 2003/4 revision "A" Legacy 2.0 GT or GTB
Matching ECU would be 22611AH121 superceded by 122;123;124;125 and finally 22611AH126
