Default JDM 2.0l burning oil

As of late, I noticed my Blob burning oil under specific circumstances.
Car is a 2003 blob spec C with the 2.0 ltr EJ207, has around 87k miles on it.

The car is visibly burning oil (as in, you can see it in the rear view mirror, altough it's still faint at this point) every time I take off after the car has been stationary.
This includes taking off after sitting at traffic lights with the engine just idling, but also happens after I leave the car parked with the engine off.
It will only burn oil for a couple of seconds after taking off, say gears 1 through 3 and then it's fine... until the next stop at traffic lights, praking space or whatever where it will start doing it again after the car has been stationary.
This only happens when the engine is cold. As soon as it's properly warmed up (after 15-20 minutes of driving), the symptoms go away and I can leave it parked / sitting at traffic lights for as many times as I want without issues.

Any ideas? Or anyone out there that had similar issues?

I'm hoping it's just the turbo hotside leaking oil.
Head gasket or piston ring failure is rather rare on the jdm 2.0 motor isn't it?

With engine being flat would oil actually sit on stem seals when stood.
Only car I ever had stem seals changed was a 1985 escort xr3i.
