Default small idler torque? 39nm?!

Hi Guys,

Iv seen on the workshop manual that the torque for the small timing belt idler is 39nm, the same as the bigger 14mm idler pulleys. Can anyone confirm that this is correct? started to torque before stopping as i wasnt happy that the bolt wasnt gonna strip, it feels pretty tight but had torqued out on the wrench - and i really dont wanna be stripping threads in the block lol.
