Default DCCD Gearbox Rebuild

Hi

I am deciding between TDR & Cheveron at the moment for my gearbox 4th syncro rebuild.

Money at the moment is a factor for me, and I have had good feedback for both places.

Is there a way I can get a rough estimatation for the works?

This being if it is the 4th gear syncro only, I assume ither things will also be replaced at the same time.. forks, seals etc..

Does anyone have a list and I can worm with this.

I expect there to be other unknowns...however this was I will have a base price to work with?

As if one quotes £900+ vat and another £1200+ vat.. I can then base going with the cheaper one..and being good places I am sure it will not be an issue..

Also I am getting at in the stick, left to right when in gear..what are the parts called I need to fix this? Could this be causing issues that I am having?

Down shifting into 4th at higher speeds
Any thoughts...

I think you'll be needing this, out of stock at the minute but i'm sure the gearbox builders would keep you right with whats best for the box

on your downshifts double declutch it will drop in as sweet as. A tip from a hairy arsed old trucker.Back in the day we had to do this for every gear. Give it a go it might help.
