Anyone know what Turbo & Injectors comes in a 2005 Subaru STI.

What is the max BHP that is achievable with this and standard injectors.

should be a vf35 i believe. should make around 340 bhp with a good map.

 

Seller unsure...thinks v34 or v35? Waiting for conformation.. Is there any way to know..visually?

I have heading up to view the car today...thinking there is very little difference between the 2 turbos from reading up...however just trying to figure out if the car has the factory turbo and factory fitted pink injectors...

I am looking to take the car to 420 - 450bhp.. over some some...but this is another discussion i think.

Having seen another car yesterday...going to see the one with these mods today..and trying to figure out if it's any good...

 

jdm sti,s had the vf34 uk sti,s the vf35. make sure you buy an sti if those figures are the road your heading down. a wrx gearbox will sh*t itself at anymore than 350 bhp generally and your talking best part of 2 grand for a 6 speed set up from an sti. start with one in the first place if your modding for power as everything is already uprated in the first place. a standard sti engine should take 450 bhp they say and the gearboxes can cope to around 500bhp. turbos to get beyond 400 are many, a good 20g should do around that figure or a SC38 or SC42. also the MD321T or H. Forced performance red might be another option 2nd hand as i dont think they make them anymore. kinugawa do some turbos to hit 400 bhp and Mamba also do a few to hit that figure. read up on this site as there are plenty threads regarding turbo upgrades as its all been done before. most of the really knowledgeable guys have moved on unfortunately but still the odd few around.
