Default What plugs for a forged 2.5?

Hi. What are the best plugs for a forged 2.5 running 400+bhp.?
I have been told to get

NGK ILFR7H

Is this correct?
I was looking at sse76 from rcm

I went for the NGK Iridium IX spark plugs, they are good

I got the NGK ILFR7H from scooby worx. Gonna fit them in the week when I'm off.
Any tips it looks like a right pain of a job.

Make sure engine is cold otherwise you'll end up with numerous little burns and a lot of cursing, and you have a number of little extensions of various lengths to go on your plug socket as its tight

I cant understand it really, some of their stuff is very well priced, they were the cheapest for the genuine AP 355mm rotors when I needed some along with a spec c water pump/oil/filter etc and as they are at the end of my road it was utter convenience aswell. Ollie always seemed to do a good deal for me and I've never had an issue with them..........doesn't mean I'm gonna pay that for spark plugs though-**** that.
