Default Gc8 maf bypass pipe

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a maf bypass pipe for MY Type R? I have an Aps caik and am going Syvecs so will not need the maf Ideally i want a pipe from where the maf starts (4 bolts) uptime the turbo intake pipe.

If you absolutely must keep the APS CAIK then the only solution I can think of is to have a fab shop make up a "race tube" that fills the space where the maf housing was. Basically a flange plate with a bit of pipe and machined grooves to grip the S-bend elbow that fits to the maf tube and the inlet tract..

I Do like the APS, i think it would be simple enough to fab one up, or just remove the maf and blank the hole.
