Default Power steering????

hi guys;changed my o ring on low pressure side;think I expelled the air by going lock to lock loadsa times;pump/rack still squealing on occasion.i have checked high pressure hoses and can’t see any leaks;when cold if I start car steering heavy and squeals a bit;fluid level not dropping and no sign of air bubbles;when driving all seems ok ;only noticeable if I have to turn full lock to say get out of parking space;;seems easier if I rev the engine;;any advise please;cheers Mick

Car is Hawkeye 2006;97000 but has full main dealer history so fluid would have been done as per service schedule;colour is reddish I thinkwhen I changed o ring on low pressure side of pump;however when I expelled air ;bubbles from reseviour looked brownish

Not part of service schedule so probably best to change it.

If there are bubbles then you may still have a leak. The spring clips they use in the hoses loose tension over time and allow a small amount if air in, so replace these with jubilee clips.
If no bubbles and still noisy then I'd look at the belt tension.
Hopefully it's not the pump or rack.
