I’m in the process of stripping the wiring loom in my 98 Impreza STI Type R, my plan is to remove all the unnecessary wiring, the car is a dedicated track car so many connectors are unused.
The only manual I can find is an Aussie wrx diagram, would anyone have a copy of a wiring manual/diagram for my car?
I found a manual before for my type r when i was looking to relocate the window switches (97 door loom to 99/00 door card/switch). I'll see if I can find them again.
Have you tried looking for the USDM RS manual? It will be pretty close.
Yes Version 4 Lewis I’ll have a look for that manual, see how it compares. I’m removing all heater matrix wiring, radio/stereo wiring, airbag wiring, in car lighting, all door wiring and anything else not needed. I’m learning the electrical side of my car at same time and tidying things up
