Sport cat downpipe without remap on classic safe ?
Morning all. Looking at getting a japspeed sports cat downpipe for my MY97 turbo 2000. Anyone know if it would be ok to run with this fitted without fitting a mappable ecu too ? Will it have boost spikes at all or am I just worrying over nothing ? I used to have a decat downpipe years ago but took it off for the MOT and peace of mind as I was uncertain if it was harming the engine at all. It felt bloody brilliant though !!!
