Default C pillar trim removal

The c pillar trim on my JDM blob is looking pretty faded now and is in need of a refresh.

What's the best way to remove it from the car?

Cheers

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. That looks like the interior to me, I wasn't clear in my initial post, but am only looking to remove the exterior trim (see pic below). Any guidance would be very helpful. Cheers

Exterior trim comes in one piece, front to back and has the rubber seal insert.

If you've read the linked thread and can see the picture in the last post the metal trim is screwed to the body work.

I see you also have the wind deflectors a bit like myself. I have been putting this job off as I'm not sure how to safely remove the wind deflectors and not damage or break anything. let me know how you get on and pictures would be great if you do this job.

I had just contemplated masking it up and painting it satin black to refresh the faded area.
