front u brace fixings?

front u brace fixings?
quick one if any one can help out. my bug has failed on the u brace being rusty and holed. in the proccess of getting another one but he said the mounting hardware was also corroded. what do you need to mount the u brace? he said there was some type of lowering blocks it was attached to? any input appreciated thanks.

yeah i know if its already removed most places dont know its supposed to be there but it was tested with it in place. i could go elsewhere but i know the guy and he,s decent with the emissions if you know what i mean. just need to know what fixings i need to secure it.
