Default Dump Valve 500bhp Impreza

What would be the best dump valve on a MD321T running 1.8/1.9 bar?

Do you get a rich overrun using a VTA? Can it be mapped out?

the problem with the oem valve is you can't be certain it isn't leaking and the more boost you run the chance of it doing so increases.
